How do you enhance a 5 star resort? You add a 6 star restaurant. Anantara did exactly that with Al Qalaa. The food was exquisite, the presentation was elegant and the service was perfect — friendly, attentive and yet not overbearing. Don’t miss it.
A lovely bar with a fantastic bar man Diyan, really friendly and makes gorgeous cocktails !We looked forward to the happy hour every night when we tried some of Diyan’s experimental cocktails which where delicious !

i do not share the locals taste for interior decoration and as such find the ambiance depressing. Nothing wrong with the food or the service though.
Excellent fine dining, but at a cost. Be prepared for expensive wine!Food choice is excellent. The starters were far too large for us. We could have shared one starter between us.Good food, excellent service.
This is one of 2 restaurants in the resort, and we chose it our final evening. The food was excellent & the evening was very enjoyable. The service was outstanding.
