Captain Cook’s offers a range of local dishes, fast food, some Chinese and then steaks. Overall, it is the routine office/business lunch or dinner place. Pretty normal ambiance, reasonable food at reasonable prices.
They do not know about Chinese food but do serve it. Waiters standing on street entice you in but then disappear. Ok for a quick bite just comfort you from a hunger pang.
Fantastic tea and a wonderful cheese sandwich in a friendly setting. The French fries were cooked to perfection and the staff were very attentive. I’ll certainly be returning.
Steak was wonderfull and ec1onomical in price.. chinease was also good.. basment is decorated with fish aqcuarium and setup is like ships in the sea
Popped in for a spot of lunch. Ordered a pepper steak. It was bliss. Well cooked, all the trimmings and a great pepper sauce.The family loved their food too.
Environment on upper floor is just ok but basement us comparatively spacious with large well maintained aquarium.Its a reasonable priced restaurant.Must try are the Steaks especially American and Mushroom one.Chinese platters and Chicken basket are also good.Soup I will not recommend you to try.
