This is a combination of a café and a fonda. The owner is wonderful and the food is unusually good. The prices make this one of the best places to eat in town. It is a combination of historical and artistic atmosphere.

Stopped by on our way back from the beach to dive into a chilly Sangria and Chicken Taco – refresco!
Just one block south of Parque Porras it is a hidden jewel with Alina, the warmest host you can imagine. Good food at lunchtime and at night.
Visiting Las Tablas i have had lunch several timed at Chelitas and is very consistent with the food and service, health conscious welcomed!!! Is like eating at home !!! Not to be missed!!!!
