EL SOL BISTRO is a eco restaurant offering bistro cuisine from around the world. A panaramic view is offered to diners of Cero Hoya, Playa Morrillo & Los Islotes. It is the restaurant for HOTEL EL SOL MORRILLO. There Is a permaculture project producing salads, vegetables, eggs, chicken and herbs for the kitchen. With 24 hour notice we can provide Indian, Japanese & Thai cuisine, and virtually any dish that you desire. We bake our own bread which is a specialty. Free range eggs are available. We pride ourselves on our home made fettuchinni and pasta sauces made from fresh herbs and spices and locally caught Fish & Sea food, & vegetables. We offer Vegan, Vegetarian, & Steaks. Our lunch menu usually has a Latin American speciality for those wanting to experience local cuisine. We offer the spirit of bistro cooking at lunch. Dinner we offer gastrobistro. On our closed days we upon reservation.
