Chachapoyas is a city near of the cradles of cocoa tree and the variety of flavours is just stunning. Alessandra uses only natural ingredients so if you look for organic chocolat pastries this is your place.
Chocolates here are really good and at a really good price too. The place is really small and cute, with a couple of seats to enjoy the chocolates and maybe, to order some more. They also sell ice creams which are really delicious too.
Locally sourced, this is the best chocolate I have ever had in Peru. The staff couldn’t be nicer and the prices are super reasonable. They have an interesting variety of chocolates, but you need to go early as they have a tendency to sell out.
