Black Mouth is the first specialty coffee in Chachapoyas. We are socially responsible because we work with the Rodriguez de Mendoza Agraria Cooperative whose select the best coffee of the partners and they have organic and fairtrade certification for their green coffee. Furthermore, our collaborators are partners' children and they are special taster and they are learning about barismo here.Details

This Café is one of the best I’ve tried! I stayed in Chachapoyas for 2 weeks and this was one of my favorite places. It’s cheap and it always comes with a smile of the owner. A great place
