This was a wonderful casual dining restaurant located in the Colca Canyon area of Peru. We found the restaurant to be very clean. We went there late one night...were the only ones there....but yet the owner was very willing to turn on the oven and make us wonderful pizza. I am told it is pretty rare when they actually have Guiness there but none the less, my daughter in the Peace Corps close by there believes it to be the best food offered in Chivay.
