Urpicha Colca is a restaurant with local charm, located in the village of Yanque. In 2013 and 2014 our company was recognized by the MINCETUR and continuous process improvement program to better quality dining establishment rural region of Arequipa. We specialize in the Novo-Andean cuisine combining quality in the preparation and presentation of organic products that are native and traditional of our earth.
