The fried chicken with chifa (Peruvian-Chinese fried) rice is amazing. The price is really cheap. I haven’t ate the other foods here, but that’s what I recommend.
Found this place by accident and had a massive breakfast for less than 3 USD. The place is not great and the food is OK for what you pay. However, if you are on a tight budget, this place could do the trick.
