About
Cafe Manos Unidas is a Cafe by day and trattoria by night. We hire young adults with intellectual disabilities who have gone through vocational training to help within the Cafe and restaurant. Our Cafe serves a variety of baked goods, desserts, organic french pressed coffee, juices, smoothies. The Trattoria serves delicious hand tossed pizza, lasangas, fettucines, oven baked sandwhiches and organic salads. We also have incredible drinks made with Peruvian Pisco, Sangria, hot wine and artesanal beer. The profits from this Cafe go towards Manos Unidas Peru, a Peruvian non-profit focused on improving quality of life of children and youth with disabilities. MUP founded the first non-profit school for special education in Cusco (2009) and many other programs focused on the inclusion of children and youth within the family and community.Details
