Comienzo is based on sustainability and working alongside local farmers. Comienzo means beginning, going back to the ways of our ancestors. Ancient stones to make our sauces, a special grill inspired by the Japanese's konro grill where our charcoal comes from the jungle, salt that comes directly form the salt mines of Maras. A fast food concept without plastic and preservatives.
