Palate Pizza and Burger Bar is a space that was created with love and passion to be able to share moments, flavors, sensatioins, and experiences with you. Palate started as a dream between friends, travelers, and chefs and will never stop being just that, our dream place. The space is cheifly made of recycled pallets and is a really laid back and chill. Our kitchen has no secrets, thats why its open. You can sit at our bar area and have a chat with our awesome chefs, or hangout in our booths and take in all the details. We love what we do, and you'll love what you taste.Details

Is in the super tramp hostel, we had pizzas, the flavors were different from the rest you find in town and they were delicious, the best in Aguas calientes, we also had the patacones, a Colombian dish, with guacamole and Hogao, so good, very recommended.
great food, awesome atmosphere, very reasonable prices. forget about tourist traps of Aguas Calientes and go there!!! Ask for Mariano 😉
Best juices in this area. On top of that the patacones were absolutely delicious! Waitress is so kind
The burgers are very tasty! They sell delicious craft beer, as well. We totally recommend this restaurant 🙂
Service is very friendly and we enjoyed a really nice burger with a lot of kcal for our Machu pichu trek next day ?
