we are very happy to start this journey in our new place, Chef is very exciting to be here and cook global food using local and organic ingredients, Chef Giovanni Lavado is a Fine Dinning Award in 2012 as the best chef in Michigan, US, he's back in his lovely Per and ready to cook Tradicional Italian Comfort food, The Sacred Valley was always a very special place for farming, The Incas build a Templo in the top of Intihuatana to thank Pachamama for everything she provide for us, so that it, Chef is doing exactly what they did, grow the all products, and make sure everything is fresh and pure.
