Welcome to "The Hide-Out" Grill. We are a "tiki" style "American/Peruvian" kinda place in downtown Paracas, PERU...Just steps from the southern pacific shoreline and Bay of Paracas. We serve breakfast, lunch, & dinner everyday. We have an American/Peruvian style of cooking and service. We have 2 kinds of Pizzas, one is a California Style Flat-bread w/ fresh ingredients. The other is a New York Style Family Pizza... and we have over 10 different varieties!, We have over 10 different styles of burgers too and "Alternative Foods" if you can't find what you want. And oh yeah, We have Fresh coffee from the Highlands here in Peru all day everyday. See you soon on the beach!
