Recommend this cafe for a good, decently priced lunch in Trujillo. The decor is lovely with lots of great pics of musicians and a very cool till at the bar. Food was great – chicken and avocado sandwich highly recommended. Good coffee too.

I noticed this place which is a very well conserved old cafe with fine woodwork. Late weekend evenings, it offers live jazz. I went on a week night and they charged me double the going price in Trujillo for a very mediocre expresso.
We ended up here walking around. The owner was there to wait on us. The drinks were amazing more people came in, everyone chatted to each other and seemed to know everyone. It has a great atmosphere! I think this is a great bar/restaurant!
