Sibaris is "the place where the foodies belong". It opened its doors in 2013 in Barranco, Lima. The owners, Francesco (a peruvian chef) and Thalia (bartender) created the concept of "Cocina Libre" - the idea of free-style cooking. They offer food and drinks in a contemporary, casual atmosphere, inspired by Peruvian DNA with influences taken from the journeys made by their chef.
