Hijo de Olaya is Lima's #1 Ceviche Bar! We offer a limited menu of the absolutely freshest fish available on a daily basis. From the classic ceviche to the ''chorrillano'' that has fried calamari on top, our ceviche bar is meant to be a casual place to eat Lima's most famous dish. We are currently only open for lunch, come early as wait times can be long at peak hours.
