Baco y Vaca in its nearly 12 years of experience has earned the recognition of the good meat, barbecue and wine lovers. Located at San Isidros heart, offers a renewed menu with our usual dishes, reinvented with the best ingredients of our generous land and a strong tendency towards the Nikkei cuisine. Although our specialties are the Angus cuts and dishes, we innovated because we prepare now dishes in Kamado oven (Japanese Millenary oven and grill); because of its particularity of long cooking it creates very tender, juicy and crunchy dishes. If you love meat, lots of meat you came to the right place. as you would expect in this kind of restaurants, food is not refined, but the bife de chorizo tasted excellent, tender and juicy.
We had a party of 17. Everything was perfect. The steaks were the bomb. I love to eat here when we go to Lima. Fantastic service.
