This is a wonderful modern style cevicheria, not traditional at all, but great. Should be on everyones list for a ceviche when they come to Lima.
Best fusion Peruvian food ever. Vegetarian version of ceviche was amazing with a marvelous variety of flavors within each in each ingredient. All three desserts were marvelous.
Barra Lima has it all. Taste, creativity and simplicity. It’s easy to grow tired of ceviches, tiraditos and other marine dishes after years of expatriation in Lima, but Barra Lima and chef John Evans always find a way to surprise me. Highly recommend.
