It is not a "cebicheria" nor is it a seafood restaurant properly, and it is the first thing one should know when visiting it. The menu is extensive and Spanish and Italian influences coexist alongside versions of the most traditional dishes of the national pot, all with the personal touch of Luis Cordero, the executive chef.
