Mulato is synonymous with mixture, color and flavor. It has a lot of history and characters that have transcended over time. Our employer is one of the first mulattos in Peru: San Martn de Porras, a character who managed to gather a dog, cat and pericot, around a single plate, teaching us that food that is prepared and offered with love, does not discriminate ONLY ENJOYED!
