Villa Formosa is managed by an Italian and Filipino couple who used to live in Hong Kong. The Italian Chef, Mathias has outstanding years of experience around Asia in cooking superb Italian dishes and specialties as well as managing top restaurants. His wife, Matet who has Management & Teaching experiences has an exceptional personality in giving the best service and a hassle-free stay to their guests. We only serve fresh, high quality ingredients from Italy and the Philippines. We have a wide variety of choices of Italian specialties, and some Asian and European favorites.
