Everytime we are in malolos we have to pass by Carmens. They have a live band, serves good food. Limited parking is the only concern.
Carmens has a poor quality of serving time. I and my boyfriend was having a date last February at Carmens. We’ve ordered a lot!!! Then they’d takw our order and then! It took an hour before they have serve our meal.
The location is very accesible in Malolos Bulacan, along the highway. The foods are very good yet affordable price. You can also enjoy the music here. They have live bands during dinner.
Nice foods and prices, 2 sundays in a row, after a long traffic along malolos, chicharon bulaklak crispy pata are my favs, I don’t recommend the Dinahong meals, I need to try the nilasing ma hipon
Affordable yet good food served. Accomodating management and awesome band/singers as our background. Very accessible just along McArthur hi way .
