Pleasant Surprise!Had lunch at Cafe Mercedes (inside Hotel Monticello) and it turned out to be a delightful dining experience. Their Pad Thai is delicious and presentation was good.Service was attentive headed by Fred Cadilo, Bob and Charlin. They were professional and warm and courteous. The halo halo could use some improvement because the ingredients were a bit tough and frozen. Fried chicken was tasty.Will be returning to try out their breakfast buffet.
