Cecil’s Cafe is NOT in Tagaytay. It is along 420 Santa Rosa- Tagaytay Road. Part of municipality of Silang in Barangay Puting Kahoy 4118. Food here is cooked fresh. This place is not open Mondays and holidays. No WIFI, so you better bring someone you fancy talking to for hours. It is so sad seeing couples who dine here who does not even talk to each other or smile. If you are super hungry, order these for quick chow:Amoy LumpiaMango Date Squares(sweets first is allowed)Chips and Dill DipEVERYTHING HERE TASTES LIKE HEAVEN.
