I’m a big, big fan of Japanese food and Aozora did not disappoint! Like many restaurants in Tagaytay they have a beautiful spot overlooking the Taal Lake. I went there for a celebration with family and zoomed in on the sushi and maki. The Crunchy Kani Maki was the ultimate win for me with the perfect amount of ingredients. The Uni and Tamago sushi were of quality taste too. I also got to try the Wagyu Beef Yakiniku that was well seasoned and as expected, very tender.This restaurant is upscale and definitely on the pricey side but I wouldn’t mind coming back for special celebrations.
