Welcome to Gabriela, named after the Ilocano heroine, Gabriela Silang - a great great grandmother of the owners of Nurture Wellness Village, also known as the Filipino Joan of Arc, led the battle against the Spaniards in 1763 in the Ilocos province after her husband Diego Silang was killed. Gabriela offers helathy Filipino cuisine, with options of non vegetarian and vegetarian dishes. The Gabriela garden features Kale - the Queen of Greens and our signature vegetable and herbal local garden which are fresh teas are made. As part of our philosophy of "Locavore", kitchen ingredients are sourced primarily from our organic farm, Nurture Farmacy , or from our neighboring communities, to guarantee their freshness.
