My wife and I just made a brief stop to try what they have to offer. I guess we haven’t tried their specialty. But moving on, we ordered 4Cheese Pizza that felt and taste like 2Cheese pizza, then chicken wings ordinarily fried and poured in some spicy garlic stuff to make it look good and Fresh Lumpia that’s watery with a small amount of sauce. I also tried the mushroom soup and instantly i know its campbell. Nothing special about this place but i’m willing to try again sometime soon. Service is good at least. Great place but the food needs to be developed.

Great food. Nice ambiance, though there was no sound to lighten the mood of the place. But when we ask for music they played one. Service is good too. Easy to find location. Nice set of games as well.

I’ve tried their beef tapa, and it’s good, but I don’t find that it stands out too much, and it’s quite high priced at more than 300 pesos. My family seems to like their danggit, but overall this seems like a nice place to stop in the area.

Green Olive Cafe is one of those newly opened cafes along the busy Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay highway. It’s hard to miss with its attractive red telephone booth out at front and spacious parking. The owner is obviously well-traveled. They have different cuisines, ranging from Asian, Filipino, American and Japanese. Decor is eclectic and quirky with big Edison bulbs and bird cage lighting. They also have a lot of board games to choose from to play with while you wait for your food. Food, we wanted to eat light so I ordered their Vegetable pasta and Chicken pesto sandwich both priced at P213. Their baguette is one of the best that I’ve tasted here in the Philippines, served on both dishes we ordered. Vegetable pasta is oil-based with a healthy heaping of fresh veggies. It’s flavorful and the bread is well-toasted. My only comment I wished they roasted the vegetables and added squash into the foray so it will be more flavorful.Their chicken pesto sandwich is big! Packed with pure chicken breast and vegetables, I’d say it’s a mouthful! Their french fries are super crunchy and generous. Overall serving size is perfect for 2 light eaters.

Waffles with bacon and egg is typical waffles, bacon and egg.Waffles is sliced into four pieces. The ambience is okay. The café is for not good for big groups. They offer all-day breakfast, sandwiches, sidings, pasta, hot & cold beverages/drinks local & imported beers, and red & white wines. They offer adorable and a-bit-expensive food and drinks. The Wi-Fi connection is good. The toys can be used for playing.

Green Olive Cafe is located at the exact welcome marker of Tagaytay City coming from Sta Rosa, Laguna. Green Olive Cafe is a great stopover point along the congested Sta Rosa-Tagaytay Road. The restaurant is decorated inside and outside in a modern chic style that is very relaxing and perfect for vacation meals. A red telephone booth greets you at the front of the restaurant and inside you have a variety of decor keeping things artsy, light and relaxing.Green Olive Cafe serves a variety of food from western to Filipino food. They double as a board game cafe with a variety of board games available for kids and adults to enjoy. They also have espresso coffee which is a godsend for coffee addicts like me. They have a second floor that can be used as a function room with a full bar and audiovisual equipment. There is ample parking outside which is good for accommodating plenty of guests. The service was good, efficient and prompt. snapsnstories.blogspot.com

This was an unplanned dine in, we visited my tita nearby and we’re on our way home already. But there’s something in this cafe that made us stop and check it out. We ordered brownie and coffee, and I can say that the brownie won my heart! All the staff were very accommodating and courteous too. My mom also complemented the staff for their good service. Will definitely come back to try out more on their menu.
