Magnanimous, indeed, food and views are great combination as for any dining experience. We got the simplest since we are going on a trip around Tagaytay. Seafood bonanza of steamed seafood platter and sinigang sa miso na isda and fried rice. Super food for body and soul. Gracing the environment this coming Yuletide Season.
Josephine Restaurant before becoming the gateway to Tagaytay is a huge expanse of a property in low lying Cavite. Their Tagaytay branch is now better known to travellers because of its iconic facade with a truly Filipino interiors. The view is unparalleled until now, offering an unobstructed view of the lake. Food is still delicious, nostalgic at best. Their Bulalo is a must, the glistening marrow, soft beef, corn, cabbage and beans will truly warm your stomach. The Chili Buttered Prawns was a nice pair with the hefty Shanghai Fried Rice. So good, it can be had on its own! All this, with the view. Best way to spend your weekends with loved ones. Recommended.
