I have already sampled 3 Milk Tea flavors from this store – Wintermelon, Okinawa, and the one I bought today is the Thai Milk Tea. The Wintermelon have an unfamiliar taste because I have not tried Wintermelon before. It was ok. It has the kick of tea flavor. However, the Okinawa and Thai I purchased tasted exactly the same – tasted like ordinary milk powder, and I couldn’t even sense the taste of tea. It was also very bland and lacking sweetness to it, despite of the brown sugar water used. On a positive note, this would give a boost to businesses of milk teas that have a price range of twice as much as this cheap and more affordable brand for the masses. That real and authentic tasting milk tea costs more expensive. I simply tried the Thai milk tea flavor to find out if it will have a similar taste to the same one I get from Lime and Basil Restaurant. But even if it is different, I should still get what I paid for. It would have been better to buy P12 black gulaman than this P70+ milk tea.
