We ate here last night because we wanted to try cheap dining places in Tagaytay. It was packed with people (or so we thought) so we came in and headed on their second level. Much to our surprise, the stairs was soooooo narrow. Well, the second floor was quite nice so that made us fee a little better. But then, we had to wait for 30 minutes for our order. The waiter serving the second floor customers was nice and apologetic about the delay. The food was okay — edible.Overall:✔ Servers✔ Price and taste❌ There were cats roaming the place begging for crumbs while you’re eating.❌ Waiting time❌ Lighting❌ Stairs

They serve a tasteful and mouth watering dishes juat like their bulalo, it’s so very tender and they have a responsive crews to take your orders. I suggest that they need some music to have a perfect restaurant. 4.3

Staffs are hospitable. Sobrang babait nila. When it comes to food, its very scrumptious in affordable price. Masarap yung tapang taal, unli fried rice pa sya. Same with adobo chicken flakes. Their special bulalo was outragous. Tamang tama sa klima ng taal yung init ng bulalo. Their turon na may chocolate (forgot its name) is sweet. A typical filipino dessert. Overall, it is an amazing restaurant to stopby in tagaytay with a nice view of taal lake. However, kung gusto mong makitang yung taal lake habang kumakain, tsamba na lang kung walang nakaupo sa seats beside windows.

I’ve been here for four times, the food is actually good. Better than what you would expect from the place. They have huge and satisfying servings as well, and is worth its price. The ambiance is good too, they have a view of the taal lake from their roof deck dining area.

Just like its accessibility from the main road, Papa Prito’s menu was also simple yet promising! For less than a thousand peso, me, my sister and my mom were able to fill our stomachs from the almost three hours ride to Tagaytay. Food Orders:- Gising Gising- Lomi- Rice Bowls: Beef Brisket, Lechon Kawali, Sweet & Sour Fish Fillet- Turon Con TsokolateVerdict:8/10

Never thought of finding a good food that is cheaper than the others in Tagaytay. Their foods were cheap and reasonable. Tapang taal is their best seller and it’s really good!Been here many times and I never change my order, it is always the same. Btw, the rice is unlimited. However it doesn’t have free soup so we tend to order bulalo which is famous in Tagaytay.Though the place isn’t that big but has 2nd floor and a terrace. You can’t appreciate the view coz you can only see the highway not the famous taal.Overall, I higly recommend this if you want to spend less money yet delicious food in Tags!
