We totally enjoy dining out at this splendid place. They serve very sumptuous food and perfectly paired with the a classy and comfy ambiance.
Place is fit for Instagram. High ceiling and Interesting furniture pieces. Must try is the baked bangus with cheese. Kare kare and adobo is good but not exceptional. Lemon Mint is refreshing. Waiters are attentive.

Fairly new in Tagaytay, Rolando’s was quite a surprise.The solo size of their Bulalo was actually good for us 4. Very flavorful, lots of beef and vegetables.Crispy Kangkong was really crispy.. an enjoyable appetizer with their garlic aioli dip.Tawilis could have had a few more seconds of frying, insides were not crispy enough.Prices were affordable and overall a great place to enjoy Tagaytay food, everyone in Rolando’s were so friendly, it was contagious!
Rolando’s is a new restaurant to try in Tagaytay. They serve great Filipino dishes, but it was uniquely decorated, too. Everything is almost black and white; however, situated at the heart of the restaurant is a big, red table with a couple of big, red chairs—something you don’t usually see in a regular restaurant.They don’t have a closed section, so it can get pretty chilly at night time. Best come prepared by bringing a jacket with you. It might get too warm during summer time since they don’t have air conditioning.
We had our first anniversary here. The staffs are very polite and accomodating. They serve inexpensive foods. I suggest all of you to have dinner because not only it’s cozy but also have a very talented performer. God bless y’all!
Food – pwede na, kaso:Ayos naman ang lasa ng order namin na tinolang manok at bangus sisig. Reasonable ang price para sa serving. Kaso, may dugo and matigas yung manok.Place – chill:Maganda yung design ng place.
