1. Atmosphere/ Ambiance: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Breathtaking view. The tallest bldg along AS Fortuna so you get to see the a nice view of Cebu.2. Cleanliness: ⭐️⭐️⭐️It just rained when we went there so some areas had puddles of water but they managed to dry it up a bit after. Restrooms were clean!3. Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Very very friendly and accomodating staff! 4. Food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️We got ramen and maki. Well i did not expect so much from it since it came from the P100 peso budget meals. The ramen’s taste was bland. Noodles were like form the packed instant noodles. The maki i guess wasnot rolled properly. 5. Accessibility of the resto: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The bldg is just right beside the main street
Staff is accomodating and pleasant. I ordered their Ramen of day special which was Pork. The rooftop setting is good, it’s overlooking the city. Good thing it din’t rain. The place is a bit spacious. The cafe above is also owned by the restaurant, if you have room for desserts, you can just order upstairs and have it served on your table.
Was there last night to meet up with college pals who I have not seen for quite some time. We ordered Shoyu Ramen, Chicken Karaage, Squid Tempura, and Okonomiyaki. Food was so-so. The ramen was a bit bland for my and my friends’ taste so we asked for pepper, salt, and chili powder. The food wasn’t bad, it was just bland. Or maybe Japanese food is really like that? Anyway, we were already full after an hour of eating.Service was good! Staff were accommodating and answered our questions well. They even gave recommendations on which food to eat. Ambiance was great. We especially liked the rooftop setting and it wasn’t too crowded when we went. Perfect place to have dinner, chill, and slow down after a tiring work day. (#adulting) I think they can improve on their lighting because it can get hard for people who have bad eyesight, not able to see the food properly.Lastly, they had 20% discount on our total bill! Pleasant surprise!! 🙂
