Probably the best tasting inasal-like bbq I’ve ever tried. It’s an al fresco dining alright but it is clean and popular not only among the locals but also tourists as well. They have available hand wash so you won’t have to worry in case you’d want to eat with your bare hands. The vinegar with chili dipping sauce makes the charred meat of your choice perfect paired with hanging rice or puso. Definitely, if and when I’ll have another opportunity to revisit Cebu, I’d certainly come to Matias again. I’d have to thank a good looking guy I dated during my stay for introducing me to this place. I’m sure if and when I get another chance to visit, thoughts of him will also flood my memories. angtakawko.blogspot.com
