Earlier it was raining hard in Cebu that it almost ruined my day, good thing a friend of mine invited for a light snacks in SM city Cebu. Gladly it turned my blue day , into a brighter day. Our table was served with a warm kaping barako , cebuano mango and puto with pitsi pitsi on the side. It was a sweet tooth Cebuano’s wishlist. Still nothing beats Filipino snack.
