Notability good, one of the best Japanese restaurants I have been. Very reasonably priced menu. Service was good; and as this is in the mall thoroughfare, there was no pain finding it. Recommended. thegastronomist.org
The food was good and reasonably priced. We ordered tempura, crispy maki and ramen. The tempura tasted good, just the usual tempura. I really liked the maki, they didn’t skimp on the ingredients there. The ramen was okay, the boiled egg was a bit overcooked, the meat was a bit too fatty too, and the soup was not that thick and tasted weird (a little bit sour, maybe because of the miso).The staff was friendly enough, but this one guy kept staring at us every now and then and gave us our bill even though we did not ask for it. We kinda got the feeling that he wanted us to leave already although we’ve only been there for a little over an hour.
1. Atmosphere/ Ambiance: ⭐️⭐️⭐️Dark interiors. Some areas lack light but i think I understand the mood they want wit their restaurant.2. Cleanliness: ⭐️⭐️⭐️Oily table. Oily utensils.3. Service: ⭐️⭐️Food was served on time or as expected. They should do better with making their customers feel at home and not look impatient when taking orders.4. Food: ⭐️⭐️They changed their menu. i like their old food. Food is not that delicious compared to before. Bento boxes were way better than their set meals (rice topping and ramen).5. Accessibility of the resto: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We were dying to know how wasabi tasted like so we ended up having our lunch here, being the most accessible and most popular Japanese restaurant in SM Cebu way back when. We were very pleased with the pork katsudon, bento and California maki, but failed to survive the bluntness of the wasabi. It was quite a memorable experience.
It’s good althought it’s quite pricey. I love their guidon. Place is good also. Pictures were taken in bohol rai rai ken. it’s the only restaurant in bohol specifically in ICM that is japanese. tastetravelthoughts.com
Worst Japanese Restaurant ever! You’re better off eating street Batchoys if you’re thinking of buying their soups. They put like just 1 or 2 very small slices of meat in their Ramen and that’s it! Not worth buying!
I tried their ramen and california Maki. I have been eating sushi lately and this restaurant is one of those who can give me the best taste of california maki. Very good ingredients and you can surely tell that it is not made in a hurry. For the Ramen, it is just normal though i am satisfied. Side dish were all perfect!Was able to enjoy their value meal so definitely worth the money plus the very accommodating staff. Worth it!
