I normally don’t rate low on restaurants except if I have to. Well this place has good food. But what is good food when people who are serving you are unwelcoming and impatient. When we ordered our food, the server who took our order was very impatient. She was really getting on my my nerve as if she was talking to someone who is inferior. I kept my calm and just decided to let it slide because maybe she was tired or what but it still isn’t an excuse to treat good paying customers that way. When we ask for something, like ice, fork or a refill, they kept pushing around the work though there were lots of servers and a few customers which causes delay on what we asked for. Tsk. But nonetheless, food was good. The place was okay. I love the drunk bulldog statue which was wearing a Japanese traditional costume and holding an umbrella. It was a sake decanter. I love the plates as well. I hope the management train and conduct seminars for their worker on proper serving and how to treat customers right. After all it is a restaurant made to serve customers.
