I had quite some expectations with Sunburst since my parents used to eat here. Sunburst has been around for a long time so I thought there has to be some wow factor that continually draws customers over the years. Well, let me point out a few.This branch is by far the largest branch here in Cebu and is ideal for family or any group gatherings. There is also outside seating so space isn’t really an issue. The service was so-so. But the food, the chicken specifically, was not what I expected. The chicken meat tastes SO bland, no flavor at all. It was well-cooked though but really the chicken is not something you’d crave for. I did like the ice cream shake and the mango shake, but the meal is a thumbs down. Would not recommend this place.P.S. I also took a photo of their updated menu.

Most of the waiters are very slow and we waited for like 45mins for our order to be served to think that only a few customers are eating in the restaurant.
The best place for fried chicken and coleslaw. I rate it 4 stars because it took few minutes for the orders to be served and I also asked for a del monte catsup but it arrived before my last bite 🙁 However, overall experience was good.
One of my favorite go to restos esp. when I’m craving for chicken! The chicken slices are bigger compared to others and i love their coleslaw.
I don’t know about you but sunburst has to have the best fried chicken in town. It’s like a comfort food. It’s tasty and affordable. However, if chicken is not your thing, they also offer a wide array of food.
