It is the first time for my family to dine in this resturant. We felt the staff lacks trainnig especially on situations when they will have many customers. It’s not only us who experienced it but other customers who were pissed by their services. The crew serve the food late and late also in entertained the other needs of the customers. Example, late for request of spoon and fork or catering to newly arrived customers. The management should have grab the opportunity to shine or advertise well the resturant on this day, Mar. 16, 2019. Why? It’s a part of SM’s three day sale. People will spend money to eat. Japanese food has a different unique flavor. And it’s tricky to satisfy the Filipino pallete. And Filipinos are well known to appreciate one’s hospitality. It’s just the resturant fails to do it well. It even lead to newly arrived customers to leave the resturant because the staff didn’t cater to them immediately. But I applauded to the waitress who did her best to service the customers even though she knows some of them are pissed already. In terms of food, the price is good for those who want Japanese food but on a budget. Yet in terms of flavor, it’s a so-so. Because it’s edible but no wow factor. Another, their chiken karaage seems to have been fried on an used oil.Please train your staff to be more hospitable and refrain from utilizing used oil. It’s unhealthy.
