Definitely the first place I go to satisfy my pasta cravings.I like that they have a variety of sauces to choose from, though my fave is the aligue pasta. Their appetizers and pizza are also good. They usually offer all you can eat pasta and pizza for a reasonable price.I love that the TOSH SM is a pet friendly restaurant. They allowed our dog to stay with us and even stay on the couch.
It’s been quite some time since I rated a food place with a perfect five. To be honest I didn’t expect TOSH to satisfy me.The service was excellent, the food was served faster than I expected (it’s really a factor on my rating on how fast the food would be served). I’ve been in other restaurants that had lesser people and they served me far longer than how long I waited to have my food served here. They have a generous serving but what I think could be improved is they could have it meatier. The croquettes are good too. The ambience is relaxing and it’s a good place for a romantic date or a group gathering. Will definitely recommend this place.

Yesterday, I have tried all new sauces and the chicken and mushroom pasta is what I liked the most. For just Php189+, you can try their new sauces and even the old ones too! Add Php60, then you can have unli pizza (Hawaiian) and unli iced tea! Whenever you’re craving for pasta, this restaurant will surely be in the list.
This restaurant is my top pick for pastas. The servings are really big. Garlic pasta with chicken to die for. Their creamy carbonara will satisfy your hunger. It was like I was having a pasta buffet.
One of the old restaurants here in Cebu and happy to say it’s still going strong! Service is fast and the food is delectable! I love their signature food — Spaghetti. I actually love their carbonara paired with some thinned crust pizza!
If you are a pasta and pizza lover then this is the best place to dine in. They have more than 5 flavors of pasta and all are delicious! Thin-crust pizza is my favorite! Ambience is perfect and staffs are accommodating and always smiling.
