The place looks good and the presentation of food was nice. Not worth the money though. The meat were not seasoned well and the desserts were way too sweet. Overall taste of the foods from Asian to European is bland and boring.
FOOD – I love everything they serve. From soups..to main dish..to desserts.. They have different varieties of dishes served, Chinese food, Japanese, Korean, American and so on. Their food are not just for adults, they have sweet treats for kiddies too! AMBIANCE – A little bit noisy because of the crowd, but I like that the place is big.PRICE – This place is pricey especially during weekends and holidays, they have a different rate. My favorite time to visit this place is during my birthday because I can eat for FREE! haha! But of course with one paying adult with me to avail their bday promo.

They also have candy station for the kids to splurge. The aircon is not that cold and sometimes it’s dripping. But overall, staffs are friendly and I love the seats.
I called them to reserve seats for my husband’s birthday and the lady I spoke to asked for my number and said I will receive sms confirmation but I did not receive any. It was tuesday afternoon when I made reservation then I called again 2 hours prior to our reservation to ensure that it is 100% confirmed. The lady I spoke to confirmed the seats but dis not say anything about the holding time policy even after I mentioned that I did not receive their sms. We went to Vikings then hoping that we will be seated on the area requested as we do not want to be in noisy area nor near the hall way. Only to find out that the seats were ‘hold’ as we have to be there by 12 or reservation made will be useless. The lady in the front desk was insisting that it was hold since we were not there 12nn and said it was on the sms they sent. I told her twice I did not receive any and tried to show her my phone. I even mentioned I called more than 2 hours ago and stated I did not receive the sms but she kept on insisting. So I angrily whispered her to stop insisting as I do not want to make a scene since I can see pile of customers waiting in line. Then the manager came and the lady in front desk informed her manager about my booking and that my number on their record is incorrect!! It is so easy to ask for my number again when I called few hours before the reservation date but the lady on the phone did not bother doing so.Even the manager does not seem friendly nor well trained how to properly assist customers! I am pregnant and should not be stressed over booking issue that was not my fault. Ending, we were seated in back to back tables where me and my husband had to sit apart to join our guests. Good thing after an hour the customers on table near us left so we moved there so we can be seated together. If I was advised of the ‘hold’ policy about reservation, we could have went there earlier.0/10 for Waiters/waitresses clearing the tables and assisting customers. ‘Lemuel’ was so snobby when we asked him for spoon. He gave us the spoon without looking at any of us nor saying anything, either he is not happy with his job or he really has nasty attitude. We are so mad about the rudeness so we were talking about him loudly so he can hear us and he retaliated as if he is ready for argument. He has disgusting attitude , he should be re-trained how to assist customers properly.10/10 for the people in japanese section for their friendliness. 0/10 for front desk staff.5/10 for the food since most are average. Tempura was filled with batter with tiny shrimps inside. Beef was so dry and not flavorful, sapin sapin was so rubbery while Juices are also average but the dimsum section was amazing. 5/10 for value for money, as I feel like it’s expensive considering the quality of food.3/10 for ambience/seats as it is too crowded. You will be bumping with other customers on other table, I think making the area a lot bigger with plenty of space between tables will be a lot better. All in all experience, it’s not suitable for any celebration but with usual hangout with friends or family. I do not think we will be coming back.
*Foods – They served delicious foods from western, mexican, japanese, chinese and filipino cuisines. They have duck & sheep meat which i think is a highlight to their many food choices.*Place – The foods are arrange accordig to what cuisines they belong, its so orderly to look at. But the tables would be full of used plates not attentively kept by staffs to maintain the cleanliness of the place.*Staffs – They need to be more attentive and check out every table now and then to dish out used plates, glasses and utensils.*Ambience – good.
Gave it a 4 star rating as I didn’t see a lot of seafoods being served (shrimp and scallops lng yung available) when we visited Vikings. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. Though, I won’t be coming back as I didn’t see it as sulit as I expected.
BEST BUFFET IN CEBU! food are all delicious! desserts and superb! drinks are refreshing! and staffs are very accommodating! You can choose from different variety depending on what cuisine are you into. Fresh fruit and seafood.
