I had Kuro Mazesoba Black delivered. I didnโt know what it was and couldnโt understand well the instructions on the online menu on how to it eat. Itโs like a Japanese pasta dish. The savory-sweet sauce went well with all the toppings and the hard noodles. I would love to try the Red version, but will have it in the store soon.
I highly recommend the mazesoba ramen. Very filling and a finely crafted blend of various food ingredients and flavors. I will definitely come back for the ramen. One thing though the A/C wasnโt working as efficiently when we visited but it was good that they had tables outside and the weather was cool and breezy. So dining alfresco proved to be better.

We just chanced upon Barikata at 10PM during Holy Thursday. We just finished our Bisita Iglesia and were lucky to have seen this place open! Donโt judge this place by its looks, because they have pretty good food. I got the Roasted Garlic Mazesoba & gyoza. I was able to try their Red Tonkotsu ramen as well. The Mazesoba was very tasty and the noodles were the perfect hardness. The gyoza was just okay. Their ramens, on the other hand, are on the sweet side โ even the tantanmen was more sweet than spicy. Not really authentic ramen, but everyone was still happy with their orders.
