Ambiance: crowded, noisy, jam-packed especially during peak hours (lunch and dinner). Interior was okay. Big chandeliers here and there, but nothing special or extraordinary.Service: So-so. You have to be proactive in catching the waiters attention, which was hard in some point. Food servers, normally replace the food promptly but in our visit it wasn’t the case. Also, drinks were served separately which for me was a hassle.Food: Typical Filipino buffet. I was a little disappointed with how small and limited the salad bar was. Their Bagoong vinaigrette was a life-saver of sort. The Chocolate fondue station was also disappointing, saddening if i were to describe. The only thing that saved my disheartening lunch was their Pork Liempo, cooked to the right amount of crunchiness and full of flavor.Overall experience: disappointing but will come again somehow if Cabalen decided to revamp their service process for a more customer service.
