I have 6 cats at home so I know that sometimes, even if you have scrubbed the floor and walls, used all deodorizer sand you can think of, and even the humidifier, their smell remains.My nephew enjoyed the entire time he was there and the cats have a pretty cool temperament throughout—always asleep! :)I am giving a 2 because I saw some of the cats have scars and excessive shedding of hair. These particularly indicates that the cats have not been taken care properly and under stress. I hope the staff could talk less to each other and look after these cats from time to time. Please put blinds or the like in their room because the sun tends to beam through the glass in the afternoon and it’s scorching hot for them. Lastly, put more scratch posts and allocate litter boxes for them. You have roughly 25 cats and I believe they are territorial so some of them have to pee somewhere else in the room instead of their usual spot.So I don’t pretty much care about the food. I am just more concerned with the cats’ welfare.

Went here because my significant other is a cat lover. It’s not really an ideal place to eat or work or chill, but it’s okay if you’re only there for the cats. I had to order something to play with the cats though. I ordered hot chocolate, and the cats’ fur, as you can expect, just went on my cup. I did not know how to react lol. I ended up not drinking the hot chocolate. The smell inside is I think because of the oil diffuser they have so the smell of the pees & poops of the cats wouldn’t arise, but it has disturbed me still because it’s too strong. You need to pay extra for plugged in devices.
The smell of the place is not that good when we arrive, their staff is starting to clean while I ate but she is very kind and accomodating to me. I am the first customer. They have cheaper price so thats the plus for me but when you want to play with cats you’ll pay 50pesos for each person inside.
When I came here before the place was stinking. My nose hurted so much but I stayed because of the cats. The cats were only a few. A lot of the cats there had lice! Not bad but the stink was really awful. I wouls not recommend this place for now
If not for the cats, we could not have endured the place. We only lasted less than 30 minutes, here are the reasons why:For one, cleanliness may need not be visual/optical, but we also have other senses like the nose, which is used to detect if the place (in this case, the cafe) is clean or not. I love the cats but the cafe’s smell is a distraction to our amusement. I hope this aspect of the cafe will be improved so not to dismay prospect customers. Second thing, the attitude of the staff: hoping for more pleasantness and show courteousness with the customers from all walks of life and at any time of the day.Third thing, if they have special instructions or limitations inside the cafe, I hope they will make it conspicuous to the people and not just bark at them for some unwritten rules. If it’s not written, words can still be spoken, and can be uttered in a soft manner and for sure people will get the message. youtu.be
Definitely a must visit for catlovers like me. The place has a separate room for cats (entrance fee of Php 50.00) and a room where people can eat and relax. They offer desserts and finger foods so it’d be better to have your heavy meal first before heading there. Their lemon cucumber is just so refreshing. Prices of the food won’t hurt your wallet. Staffs are accommodating although they need to have more of the cleaning since it smells quite stinky and foul as we entered the place.
