I love the place! It’s not easily discoverable though because it’s not at the side of the street, they need bigger signs so people would be able to see them. Went here with a co-teacher when I was still teaching. Their food is good! Although they dont have that much food choices, the Filipino-Chinese brand is really present. I think it’s 300 per person. I also think you need to make reservations before you go there because it’s not a huge and spacious place.
Been here 6 times. The lengua and the all-meat dinugoan keeps calling me back. But they do need to introduce a few more dishes to the mix. The location is very much accessible and parking is plentiful. However, the attendants are a little bit too at home, with their loud conversations. Some piped-in soft music would be nice, to drown some of the noise from neighboring tables.
Delectable food yet affordable buffet in the city. It’s kinda house of the owner that’s converted into a restaurant. We were the first one to arrive at their evening buffet and the place feels so quiet and homey. I simply love the fried bolinao, all meaty dinuguan, fresh lumpia and some others. The owner is accommodating as well. Ideal for family gathering and barkada too.
I honestly would recommend this place 9.5/10. They serve really good food in a very affordable price. The place and the ambiance has a home-y vibe, I pretty much enjoyed everything about it. Aside from that, the most important thing jot down why you need to try the place are the very friendly and accommodating owners and staffs. I was in all way smiling upon entering and leaving the place. You need to try all their dishes.
Many restaurants come from humble beginnings. Like a house that has been converted to a restaurant. I’m not aure with them though. Enter Chick Chow. This hole in the wall budget friendly buffet scene has been going under the radar of many buffet conquerors out there. The Food ⭐️⭐️⭐️ – the real hero in there buffet spread is the freshly made lumpia and the fried rice.The Place ⭐️⭐️⭐️ – the place is your typical comfy house converted to a restaurant which is actually kinda nice.The Service ⭐️⭐️ – not really average in service but they still have a lot to learn. Really can be remedied.The Value ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – cheap and good eats period.
Food is tasty much better than Pino buffet however they need a wider space for the restaurant. Also more desserts should be added. But I guess for the cheap price you paid with yummy main courses then I think its still super worth it.
Surprisingly delicious food considering their low rate. Definitely worth it!! I love how their meatball tasted, reminded me of my mothers specialty meatball dish: mixed with a lot of spices and herbs. Truly flavorful dishes. Love the lato, bolinao, and freshly prepared chinese lumpia too! ❤️
