I made the mistake of ordering the all you can eat chicken wings. In a word they were disgusting . Some wings were so small they were about the size of a thunbnail. They were burnt, overfried and contained no meat. Just a greasy overfried exterior. Been living in cebu for 3 years and this by far was the worst meal I had. I’d add that the French fries were under cooked and greasy.. I throw up in my mouth thinking about this meal.
Frozen is really a good place for desserts. We went there with my friends since the first place we visited to have some desserts had a long queue of customers. We really were not disappointed since Frozen Snackbar were able to accommodate us. I have ordered the midnight madness while my friends ordered the Maiz con Yelo and Banana Split. We have also ordered their fries and nuggets which was good for sharing.
I love their Exotic Durian. The flesh was so fresh and tasty. I would also recommend their potato platter. I didn’t expect the serving to be that big, I failed to finish the whole platter. I also loved their carbonara and strawberry shake.
When I visited this place, they were still on soft opening. Nonetheless their frozen delights are surprisingly refreshing. I went once with my friend and a second time with my family. I personally love their frozen fritters, which is a blend of hot and cold and really good. The service was nothing exceptional, but it wasn’t bad either.
