H Cafe is the main restaurant of Harolds Hotel Cebu, at 499++ offer for weekday rate, the offerings is few and I don’t see value for money. tere are better buffet lunch and dinner options. What good advantage is its location which has easy access to the Cebu Business District and Uptown Cebu.
We came for a lunch buffet and we came in a little bit early yet they accommodate us and we were the first to enjoy their lunch buffet. The foods were all delicious. My brother enjoyed their boneless crispy lechon and roasted chicken. I enjoyed their tasty desserts especially their leche flan and mango cake. I would love to come back again.
One of the best buffets in cebu w/ reasonable price. i tried both breakfast and lunch and both were really yummy. I come on this place often like once a month and i am always satisfied with the food and service. Although the place is not that big but the ambience looks cozy.
The place looks expensive but buffet was kinda affordable actually. The food was so good, I kept coming back. I only gave 4 stars since the food choices were limited, considering it was a buffet style.
Had lunch here together with my partner and we enjoyed the food. There were a lot of people but their staff was able to handle all of the customers very well. Though the restaurant isn’t as big as others, ambience was really nice and had quite enough choices for you to dig in. Would definitely come back!
