Quite remarkable meal this evening! The French onion soup with perfectly balanced flavors , not salty, and the flavor of onions in a flavorful broth topped with melted cheese and bread. We loved the chefs garden salad made fully vegetarian by request and we raved of the grilled chicken with fluffy mashed potatoes gravy and vegetable medleyThe drinks we ordered were well prepared including a margarita ,martini ,and the drink of the day called a granaryHats off to the chef Dandy Moga and waitress Jesalyn Barez

Went here twice during my recent stay in Cebu. Kudos to their staff, sobrang attentive nila to your needs and they’re polite and professional talaga. Live band is okay, the ambiance is good. Food is masarap, the price was just right. The cake slices are good enough for two people, though dalawa lang ang selection nila for dessert. I like the chocolate cake more than the cheesecake, I forgot the exact name though.
First time going to highlights. Arrived at 9:30 pm on a Thursday. The place was full of people. The live band was playing. Ordered a margarita and a pina colada and the drinks got out almost right away. No more than 3 mins. The flavor was excellent. The service is spot on. The view is fantastic. Highly recommend this. Only reason why giving it a 4 star instead of a 5 is the drinks, while very well made and tasty , contained very low amounts of alcohol. Almost tasted like virgin drinks. The cost is also very reasonable. Nice experience.
Love this place. Very cozy and well trained staff. Food and drinks is value for money and is very affordable. I use to spend my new year’s eve in this place.
A great place to unwind and chill in Cebu atop Harolds Hotel. Good food, great music and amazing staff. Don’t miss this when you visit Cebu City!
Menu was limited with little bits of everything: Filipino, western, Korean, etc. This lead to an unappealing selection of foods to choose from; perhaps best to specialize in one cuisine. Food portions were small and taste was mediocre as well.HOWEVER, the service, ambience, and decor were amazing. Service especially was outstanding.Highlights is a restaurant that gets everything right except, ironically, the food.
