When I think of bingsu, I imagine super fine shaved ice where you can’t feel the ice. I was expecting maybe a powdery texture to it. I don’t know, maybe it was not a lucky day for me since the shaved ice were coarse/grainy or if that was to be expected when you order a smaller sized bingsu. (It’s actually my 2nd time trying bingsu since as you may all know it’s pretty expensive so anyone can educate me on this) although it tasted good and finally I can get a smaller size that I can actually finish. It was not what I expected. Good value for money though.

Who says refreshments are only in during summer? After all, its still a dessert and who doesnt like desserts? Well I came across this refreshment parlor, I was roaming around skypark and I was attracted to their interior concept. I loved it bcoz they have variations in the seating, they have sofas, table for 2 and 4. They also have a cubicle for people who wants privacy or who wants to study or maybe finish their work. The room is well lit, it looks so neat with the white and blue paint on its wall, mostly its white paint. This is a coffee and dessert shop so their menu mostly are cold treats! Their main menu is bingsu, its shaved ice that is served with various toppings accdg to ur flavor of choice! This store is similar to Sulbing dessert cafe but is less expensive. Anyways, we ordered obviously their bingsu coffee cup, bingsu mango cup and their choco toast! Their treats were without a doubt delicious! Their choco toast was to die for! I’d say, the best choco toast I had ever tasted! It was crispy on the outside! It was incredibly delectable! Compared to the other cafes that serves shaved Ice, Id say their bingsu is more delicious and its more affordable. Service was a bit slow though but their staff were accommodating and friendly. The korean owner too was so friendly.
Here at I~CHA, you get a pictute perfect bingsu that surely shows how they do not go cheap on topping the ingredients. Unlike other Bingsu Cafes, the price is really affordable 🙂
it is yummy. More delicious than sulbing cafe. Love also the environment. The privacy cubicle will make you relax. I wanna try all the things on their menu.
The place is not crowded (which I like) or maybe only during weekdays. The staffs are really nice too.I’d highly recommend their “teokkpizza” in bbq flavor!
