the prices were affordable, but they only offer few milk tea flavors, what’s sad is that they don’t indicate it on their menu if one is not available. the place is not that spacious but accessible. however, servers were informative and friendly.
They have the best rock salt and cheese foam in Cebu; better than all the other more famous milk tea places. Their Paris and New York are an absolute must-try. Don’t forget to add pearl. The place is always packed because it’s quite small. What would make this more awesome? If we can order additional rock salt and cheese!
I have been to JellyCitea too many times I won’t even dare count how many. While their milk teas aren’t the best tasting out there, I appreciate the reassuring sight of freshly brewed tea flowing from the tea barrels when they prepare your drink, and the smell of tea leaves when they’re brewing them at the store. My personal favorites are Okinawa, Winter Oolong, and Tokyo (Matcha with Cream). The drinks at JellyCitea tend to be on the [very] sweet side so I recommend you tell the barista to lessen the sweetener — I always go for zero sugar.
Jelly Citea! Jelly Citea will always be my favorite tea place, i really love their milk teas, dessert & bakes. Paris is one of their best sellers and is love. It is a perfect place where you can just chill out or even study. The location is accessible, the service is quick and the crews are really friendly.
This might be the very first milk tea shop I’ve actually visited and tried. The place was once quiet yet this has been a study and meeting place of a lot of medical students. They’re employees are really accommodating and friendly plus almost all of their milktea really tastes good. I wouldnt recommend you ordering tokyo if you dont want to have a real tea aftertaste.
The most affordable milktea is found here. This is my go-to place whenever I want to study and want to research. It has a very strong wifi access. The downside about the place is that it cannot accommodate a lot of customers because some customers tend to overstay because of the wifi. habhabcebu.com
